Raza Pannaupkari

Raza Pannaupkari - Nishmitha Bhandarkar‎
Ingredients;
Mackerel(Razu)-3-4
Onions- 2
Red chillies- 12-15(Can mix Kashmiri and spicy ones)
Tamarind-Lemon Sized
Salt to taste.
Method:
Take a Thick bottomed kadai or pan...Add the chopped onions and fry till it turns pink in color.
make a paste of red chillies and tamarind into a smooth paste...
Add the ground paste to the onions,add very little water and give a boil.
Add fish pieces and salt...Allow it to get mixed well with the ground 
masala.
Keep the desired consistency
..turn off the flame serve hot with white or boiled rice.
