Urad Dal Bonda - Kiranmayi Kamath

Soak urad dal for 3 hours.Grind the same to a smooth consistency without adding water. Add chopped chillies, coconut pieces, crushed pepper corn, chopped curry leaves and littloe hing powder and salt to taste.Heat oil in a kadai and make small balls of the batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
Ginger chutney:
Grated coconut, 2-3 chillies, 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger(sliced)little tamarind and salt to taste.Graind the ingredients to the consistency of chutney.
