Palak Stem Fritters


Palak Stem Fritters - Ananya Ashwin Pai 


Recipe: 

Fine chop the stem of palak and then add some chopped onions, green chilli. put some salt and set aside for 5min. then add besan, rice flour, some chilli powder. mix well without adding water. deep fry those partly in hot oil. enjoy with any dip.. (can add palak leaves also. but i dint here)
