Rajma Salad

Rajma Salad - Seema Mallya

Recipe:

Soak rajma overnite next day pressure cook with salt till soft max 4whistles. In a bowl mix mayonize, thousand island sauce, little mustard sauce, french dresing salad sauce n tomato ketchup in a smooth paste. Now mix the cooked rajma n coat(spinkle) with pepper n red chilli powder. Goes well with any chips esp bbq prinkles.
