Chicken Quasedilla And Guacamol

Chicken Quasedilla And Guacamole - Kavya Kashinath Bhat
Recipe:

I used pre cooked rotisserie chicken. You can grill/cook the chicken at home too.

Sauté some onion and jalapeños. Add cooked chicken to it and stir.
Heat a skillet on medium heat and place a flour tortilla on it. Spread the chicken mixture on the tortilla. Spread shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken. Place another tortilla on top. Heat till the cheese is half melted and then flip. Cook till all the cheese is melts. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.

For guacamole:
Mash avocado. Add onion, tomato, jalapeño and cilantro. Add lots of lemon/lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
