Varai Idly(Samo Rice) Ani Hing Chutney - Sabitha Shenoy
Recipe:
Varayechi idly. (Samo rice, Sajje) soak one cup urad dal for 2-3 hours, grind nicely. Soak one cup Samo rice for 1/2 an hour and grind into rava consistency . Mix together, add salt and ferment overnight. Make idlies, serve with chutney,sambar.
