Recipe:
Aalonu means the same process you do for akki roti ya jolada roti.. heat some water. add salt and lil oil. once it start boiling , sim the flame and add the atta. keep stiring till they form lump. turn off the flame and add dry atta again to form a good dough. then you just roll them out to big roti and fry them. No ghee is required to apply again. they will remain soft even if you dont prefer ghee to apply on it
