Rajasthani Paneer Bhare Papad

Rajasthani Paneer Bhare Papad  -  Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Method:

Crumble paneer. Add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, ajwain, chilly pwd, turmeric pwd, salt. Mix well. Now take each masala papad. Moisten with water. Put a spoonful or two of the mixture. Fold from all sides like an envelope and seal well, moistening edges further if required.Now, place each piece on a non-stick pan n fry with as little oil as possible, on both sides. Serve hot with ketchup.
