Potato Kheer

Potato Kheer - Nutan Shenoy-KiniBoil a litre whole milk. Skin and grate 2 large potatoes. Squeeze. Saute a lil in pure ghee. Later add chopped dry fruits in same ghee & keep aside. Now add the sauted potatoes, 1 tsp cardamom pwd, 1 395 gms Milkmaid, and boil well. Garnish with dry fruits n serve. Upasachi kheer is ready.You can add 1/2 a teaspoon of pwdrd jaiphal (nutmeg) too.
