Left-over potato humman recycled to make a new sabzi.

Wash the potatoes from the left-over humman. Season mustard seeds in a little oil. Add the washed potatoes. Add salt & chilly pwd and saute well on sim gas. You can add tamarind paste and hing too, if you so desire. Yummy recycled potato sabzi is ready. Taste out of waste :)
