Oats Moong dal khichdi - Nutan Shenoy-Kini


Recipe

Saute jeera in lil rice bran oil. Add gg paste and chopped / ground chilly paste. Saute. Add moong dal, oats in 1 :1 ratio. Add salt and turmeric with adequate water and pressure cook. You can top with sauted onions, bellpeppers etc to add colour n make it more appealing. Bell-peppers of diff colours hv good anti-oxidant properties plus are a good help in shedding weight.
