1 raw mango, 1/2 cup jaggery (depends upon the sourness of kairi), 1 spoon red chilli powder, salt, oil , mustered seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder. In a pan( keep on medium flame) add oil, mustered & fenugreek seeds, asafoetida powder. When fenugreek seeds' color changes, add small cubes of raw mango and 1/2 cup water. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt. Let it cook, add water if requires. Now add grated jaggery. Let it cook for sometime. Keep the consistency of the gravy thick. Done. After cooling keep in the fridge.
