Moong dal With peel-1/2kg-2
Urud dal-1/4kg
ginger-1inch
green chillies-8-10
curry leaves-a big catch
coriander leaves-a big catch
salt to taste
oil for frying.
Method:
Soak the two types of dal for 3-4hrs...Remove the water but not the peel.Take a big catch of the daal and keep it aside.
Grind the remaining dal along with ginger,chilly,curry leaves,salt and coriander leaves.
mix the whole dal to the ground dal mix and keep it aside for an hour.
Make pakoras out of the dal mix and serve hot.
Slit green chillies in the middle add lime n salt and also onion rings with lime n salt smeared on it,
can be served along with these pakoras.
