Piyava Mumbri

Piyava Mumbri - Anu Nayak‎

Chop onions finely, add finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, butter, little milk, little curds, grated coconut, salt, rice flour and mix well. The dough should be of wheat chapati consistency. Wet your palms with water and spread the balls of rice flour mixture on the tawa to form bhakris, pressing it with moist fingers. Roast spreading droplets of ghee on all sides. Roast well. Turn over & repeat.
