Masala Peanuts - Suman Bhat
Recipe:
In the MW bowl sprinkle water on peanuts along with salt, red chilly powder., hing, n amchur powder(I used chat powder). Finally sprinkle the besan all over that, mix to get a good coating on peanuts... MWed it for 3-4 mins in 100 power. Tips : keep mixing with fork every 2 mins .I made about 4 bowls which filled two ceramic plates evenly so it took me about 15-20 mins in total .Pass ur own judgement as to how much crisp u want to make it...I made it absolutely crisp so more time . Also the final crispness comes only after total cooling .And lastly when the mixture is semi dry pls do seperate the lumped nuts with ur fingers gently so the coating still stays on the nuts and then further microwave for two mins then mix and so on till done.I feel making this on even surface will give u even cooking over all area .Happy cooking and enjoy oil less nutty bites.
