Kulith Kadhan

Recipe - 

Boil sprouted horse grams adding double quantity of water. Take this stalk, add salt, sugar, green chilli paste, roasted dry coconut, roasted cumin powder. Keep this Saar for boiling. When it starts boiling, add buttermilk. Now in another pot, heat pure ghee for tempering. Add cumin seeds, asafetida & curry leaves. Add this tempering to the boiling Saar. Add coriander & serve hot.
