Matar Mughlai

Matar Mughlai - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Method:
Mughlai masala : 
Turmeric pd, chopped cashews, red chilli pd, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, black cardamoms Grind to a fine paste.
Heat oil n fry onions add masala fry till fragrant , Add tomatoes n pre boiled peas (or paneer), add 1/2 cup water cover n cook. Add fresh cream , Garnish with coriander leaves n grated cheese.
(Instead of peas can use Paneer too)
