Kodubale

Kodubale  -  Kiranmayi Kamath

Recipe:

Mosaru kodubale from Namma Bengaluru - a typical shetty (komati delicacy)

1cup sour curds diluted with little water.
1 onion chopped
green chillies n salt paste
coriander leaves chopped.
1 cup rice flour

Take a kadai and pour the curds into it,add the chopped onion,green chilli paste,coriander leaves, n two tsp of oil.Let
it boil. Add the rice flour n ensure that the curds will cover the rice flour gradually and keep it covered for 5 minutes on
sim.Switch off the gas, n knead the dough properly n make small small balls roll it n make kodubale and deep fry it in oil.
