KANE ( LADY FISH ) COOKED IN TURMERIC LEAVES

KANE ( LADY FISH ) COOKED IN TURMERIC LEAVES  -  Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Masala :

 Coconut +
 raw red chillies +
 tamarind +
 coriander seeds +
 ginger + garlic +
 turmeric+
 salt..

 grind to a fine paste n mix in coconut oil apply to the cleaned fish n marinate for 1/2 hr..Heat kadai add one 1tbsp oil n place the turmeric leaves n carefully place the fish cover again with the leaves n cover with a lid .. cook on slow heat.
