KAARATE (BITTER GOURD ) KADAMB OR SUKKHE - Vidya Nayak Shenoy‎

Shallow fry the bitter gourd pieces.. Heat oil fry the chopped onions till slightly brown.. now add the masala prepared from coconut, red chillies + tamarind ..lastly add the fried uriddaal to the masala & grind again.. when it boils add salt n fried bittergourd..mix in lil jaggery for the taste..

Can avoid onions.. instead can give a tadka with mustard seeds n curry leaves.
