Jatapat Gobi Fry

Jatapat Gobi Fry - Ananya Ashwin Pai‎
Wash and marinate gobi with curds termeric,chilli, zeera and corinder powder. set it aside for 15 to 20 min. Heat a pan ,put oil,add jeera,chopped onions and saute for 5 minutes. Put the marinated gobi and cover with a lid. Do not add water. Cook on a high flame to give the burnt taste .When the gobi is cooked garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rot is.
