Idli Pakoda - Surekha Kamath
Recipe:
3 No. idlies and ½ cup idli batter , 2 cups Besan, 1 cup methi leaves,
lil hing, 2 table spoon yoghurt, lil ginger garlic paste, 1 onion finely cut,
2 green chilies and salt to taste, Oil for frying
Smash idlies and mix well all the above ingredients and fry Pakodas .
For chutney
7-8 big Green chillis , and 1 big pod garlic and ½ teaspoon jeera and ¼ cup oil and salt to taste.
Grind all the above ingr (Except oil) and add raw oil and mix well.
