Sauted ghosale sheera in a lil oil along with jeera and chopped green chillies. Ground it to a paste. To 3/4 kg of akha udad roasted and powdered, added about 200 gms rice flour, chopped onions (6), curry leaves finely chopped, loads of coriander leaves chopped, 14 green chillies chopped, salt and the paste of the ridge gourd sauted and kept aside alongwith a packet of Eno fruit salt. Mixed well and made cutlets after rubbing lightly with rice flour. Shallow fried them. The chutney is coconut, ginger, amchur powder and salt ground roughly. The third is tomato ketchup
