Egg Noodles

Egg Noodles - Shruthi Pai

Ingredients
1 cup - egg pack of Hakka Noodles 
1/4 cup - veggies, finely chopped (carrot, capsicum, cabbage )
1 onion sliced
1 tsp - soya sauce
1/2 tbsp - pasta sauce (optional)
1/2 tbsp - chilli sauce
2 - eggs
3 tsp - garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
2 tbsp - olive oil
Salt as required
Boil water and put the noodles into the boiling water along with 2tsp of oil. Once the noodles are cooked drain them . scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and keep aside . heat oil in a separate pan and fry the ginger and garlic . then add onions and fry till transparent. Then add other veggies and stir fry till they are boiled. Then sauces and seasonings and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the scrambled eggs and fry for a minute. Lastly add the boiled noodles and stir fry for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Garnish with spring onions.
