Rangdi Potato Bhaj


Rangdi Potato Bhaj - Anagha Kulkarni‎




Boil potatoes, crush them with skins (You can cut them unevenly). In a pan add oil, on low flame, add mustered seeds, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, add garlic with skin, crush chillies & add them, crush curry leaves and add them now add crushed potatoes, salt & sugar. Garnish with crushed coriander leaves.It tastes amazing by just crushing everything
