Jeev Kadgi Sali Potato

Jeev Kadgi Sali Potato Upkari - Laxmi Bhandary



Ingredients:
 Finely chopped bread fruit outer skin 1 cup (jeev kadgi sali),
 finely chopped potatoes 2 (length wise),
 red chilli powder 3 tsps,
 salt 1 tsp,
 mustard seeds 1 tsp and
 oil 2 tbsps

Method: Wash and apply salt to potatoes and bread fruit skin and keep aside for 15 minutes. Prepare seasoning in frying pan with mustard seeds in oil. Then add red chilli powder and fry for 1 minute in a low flame. Squeeze out water from potatoes and bread fruit skin and drop in a pan. Turn over.Cook under cover for 5 to 10 minutes, turning over occasionally in a low flame. Once it cook remove from the fire.
