Corn Fritters


Corn Fritters - Laxmi Bhandary


 
Ingredients: 


3/4 cup all-purpose (maida) flour, 2 cups fresh corn, 1 tbsp black pepper and salt to taste.
 

Method: 

Combine all ingredients together, add enough water to bind everything. Heat oil in a pan. Shape the mixture in to fritters and drop in to the oil. Fry until golden brown, on medium heat. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
