Chakli

Chakli - Anagha Kulkarni
Recipe:

3 cups rice, 1 cup chana dal, 1 cup mung dal, 1 cup urad dal, 1/2 cup coriander seeds, 1/4 cup cumin seeds, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, sesame seeds, ajwain . To make Bhajani- Wash the rice, put it in the pan to roast. Meantime wash chana dal and keep. After roasting rice on a low flame, take chana dal to roast, and wash mung dal. After roasting chana dal on low flame, take mung dal to roast and wash urad dal. After roasting mung dal, roast urad dal. Now roast coriander,cumin seeds. Grind it all together. Now while making chakli, take 3 cups bhajani, add 8tsp boiling oil, salt, chilli powder, asafoietida powder, turmeric powder, ajwain & 1/2 cup boiling water. Now add required normal water and knead it. Make chakli.
