Pappad Vada - Nirmala Prabhu Rao
Recipe:
Maida and atta ,,equal proportions ,,,mix with salt jeera chilly powder ajwain a little of edible soda ,,,and lots and lots of kadi patta ,,,,finely chopped ,,,mix with a little of hot oil ,,,knead slowly like the puri dough ,,,,make round balls flatten and roll like puris and fry in hot oil
