Panna Cota with pomegranate and orange chocolate sauce - Vijaya Menon 


Recipe

1& 1/2 cups milk sprinkle 21/4 tsp gelatin over it leave for a while then add 1/3rd cup sugar and heat on very low flame till sugar and gelatin dissolves Don't heat too much just warm Switch off gas and Add 11/2 cup cream and mix well add vanilla essence and mix well and pour into small cups or bowls and let it cool and set in the fridge for few hours ... You can use any toppings u want U can serve in the cups or turn over on a plate and serve
