CHICKEN MUGLAI MASALA

CHICKEN MUGLAI MASALA - Vidya Nayak Shenoy‎
Its from Sumeet mixer book ( Old one almost 40 yrs)..Its actually Mutton Mughlai masala . I've prepared with chicken..I'll go as per my own style not exactly the way written in it..

Soak Red chillies in water for 10 mins. now grind it alongwith Cinnamon, garlic, cumin seeds , corainder seeds, 2 black cardamoms. 4 green cardamoms ,peppercorns, to a smooth paste.. Now grind almost 5 big onions( for 1 kg chicken) to a smooth paste.. Heat oil in pressure cooker fry chopped green chillies n add the masalas one by one.. fry till oil separates ..add chicken n salt + a pinch of turmeric and 1 cup beaten curd and enough water n cook till done.. lastly garnish with fresh coriander leaves
