Amshae Teekshae Ambuley Chutney - Tanushree Aich
Ingredients
1 big cup grated coconut
Asafoetida
2 green chillies
1/2 cup Chopped Raw mango
Salt to taste
Procedure
Grind all the ingredients mentioned above into a smooth paste
PS : Raw mango need not be skinned if its tender
* I normally use strong khada hing. Keep the asafoetida block in water to dissolve a lil n then add this water to the chutney
* As an alternate garlic can be added instead of hing
* Quantity of raw manoges n green chillies can be adjusted as per taste.
Tangy n spicy raw mango chutney is ready!!
