Daangar

Mashinga Sange Palle Daangar - Seema Mallya

 Ingredients:

1 cup Dosa rice
1/2 cup urid dal
2tbs red chilly powder
Drumstick leaves
Salt

Method:
* Soak rice in a water for 2 hour & then drain
* Than fry urid dal in low flame till golden brown & grind it in a mixer make fine powder. Now add red chilly powder & rice 2-3 tbs water can be added not much it should come like dough
* Pour this mixture into vessel add salt, drumstick leaves & mix well
* Now make small balls & keep the balls center of your palm & press with both hands to get the round shape with thin edges little thick in the centre.
* Now deep fry & Serve hot...
