Bhenda Hooli - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients:
Bhenda (ladys finger 1/4 kg, onions 2 sliced, kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp, sambar powder 2 tbsps, tamarind pulp 2 tbsps and salt to taste.
Method:
In a pan put 2 tbsps oil. Put onions, fry till light brown. Then add sambar powder, chilli powder saute for 2 minutes. Then add tamarind pulp and 2 cups of water. When it is boiled, add ladys finger and salt. Cover the pan and cook on slow fire, till done.
