Aloo Shashilk

Recipe:


Boil potatoes and peal the skin. then marinate with hung curds, lemon juice, garam masala powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, salt, kasuri methi, salt, lil sugar, oil, ginger garlic paste ( can add green chilli paste as well if you prefer more spicy). mix well these item and marinate with potatoes, capsicum, tomatoes, onion. set aside for half an hour or more. then skew them in a wooden skewer and grill them all the sides by applying some oil all the sides. have hot.. (the same cane b done with paneer, mushrooms, idlies, breadfruit, kadgi.. i have tried with those. you can try with any non veg as well )
