Aloo Ghee Roast

Aloo Ghee Roast - Ananya Ashwin Pai

Recipe:

Boil the baby potatoes for just one whistle in cooker. drain the water and peal off the skin. once its cool add lemon juice, pepper powder, turmeric  salt. set this aside and then make a fine powder of roasted long red chilli, roasted short red chilli, corinder seeds 1 tbsp roasted, zeera 1tbsp roasted, methi seeds 1/2 tbsp roasted, garlic 12 , tamarind cherry size. now take a pan take some oil and slighty fry the marinated baby potatoes.. then keep aside after its fried.. in the same pan add some ghee,oil and fry the masal till the oil seprates.. then add the fried potatoes .. give a mix and then add 2tbsp of ghee again and then put some lemon juice. serve hot.
