Achari chana pulao - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Achari chana pulao - Nutan Shenoy-KiniBlend 2tbsp of mango pickle ....heat ghee add fennel seed mustard fenugreek cumin seeds when they crackle add onions whole garam masala fry well then add ginger garlic paste soaked 1/2 cup kabuli chana ,chilli pwd, turmeric pwd then add pickle paste salt mix well add rice ,& hot water.....pressure cook for 2 whistles.
