Potato n Carrot Kheer - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Saute 1 potato after peeling n grating, in a little ghee. Next saute one large carrot after peeling and grating it. Boil a litre of milk. Add a 395 gms tin of milkmaid condensed milk. Keep stirring so that it doesnt stick to the bottom of the pan. Add sauted potato n carrot. Boil well. Add a small box of Everest Milk Masala. Boil well. Garnish with almonds and serve.
