Visonu Fry

Visonu Fry - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Grind to a paste coriander seeds few methi seeds hing red whole dry chillies n salt. Marinate the fish with this masala. I have added lime-juice too. Keep aside. Coat with rice flour n rawa in 50-50 ratio. Refrigerate for 20 min. The fish pieces will moisten. Recoat with the flours n tawa fry with oil.
