Jhatpat Tawa Gobi - Monisha Prabhu
In a pan or tawa saute finely sliced obions and slit green chilly. To this add a little haldi and salt as per taste and add the medium sized cauliflower florets and mix....after a couple of minutes add finely chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder as per spice requirement. Mix and cover and let it cook on low flame without any water. It should cook in the water keft from tomatoes....once done garnish with coriander and serve with rice or rotis....
