Eggless Orang Tutti Fruity Cake - Poornima Porchelvan
Baking powder - 1½ tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Condensed milk, sweetened - ¾ cup
Milk - ¼ to ½ cup
Butter,melted - 4 tbsp
Fresh orange juice - ¼ cup
Orange zest - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Tutti frutti - ½ cup
Butter - ½ tsp for greasing
All purpose flour - for dusting the pan
Direction:
Preheat oven to 180 deg C; also prepare your 8" loaf tin (grease with butter / oil and dust it with all purpose flour) and keep aside.Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Keep aside.
In a separate bowl add melted butter, condensed milk, orange juice, vanilla essence and orange zest ;blend until it is mixed well.
Mix the dry ingredients into wet mixture and beat on medium speed until mixed thoroughly.
