EGG BIRYANI - Nandini Kini

Recipe:
cook 2 cups of rice with salt, 3 lavang n a piece of dalchini... in kadai take 6 tsp oil or ghee fry 2 onion slices. add 1 chopped tomato n fry well. put green masala(coriander leaves, 3 green chillies,lil ginger,5 garlic flakes,1/4 cup curd n 1/2 onion) n fry well. add haldi,1 tsp chilli pdr,1 tsp shahi biryani masala n boiled 6 eggs cut into 4 pieces, n make it dry.in a microwave safe bowl put one layer rice n another layer of egg masala n again rice n garnish with daniya ,pudina patta n fried onion slices.while serving keep in micro for about 2-3 mins n serve hot with raita.....
