Crispy Biscuit Sandwich - Nandini Kini
Recipe: filling:in 3 tsp oil put 1 tsp jeera.when it splutters add 1 chopped onion n saute for 5 minutes.add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste n fry.put 1/2 tsp haldi pdr,1 tsp garam masala,1 tsp daniya jeera pdr,lil chat masala,1 tsp chilli pdr and fry.add 2 boiled ,mashed potatoes n 1/4 cup boiled green peas,salt,daniya patta chopped and mix well Take 2 NUTRI CHOICE CREAM CRACKERS biscuit ,keep 2-3 tblsp stuffing in between two biscuits and press lightly.make thin batter of maida n dip the edges of sandwich in it.coat the edges with bread crumbs and deep fry.serve with ketchup.
