Taikele Sanna Polo

Taikele Sanna Polo - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:

1 cup Dosa rice
2 tbsp grtd coconut
5 roasted chillies
cherry size tamarind
pinch haldi
1/2 cup onions chopped
1 cup Taikelo
salt to taste
This Spicy dosa can be prepared using Bamboo shoots, palak, Drumstick flowers, Drum stick leaves, Amaranth leaves, cabbage..etc ..check salt for bamboo shoots as it is brined

Soak rice for 2 hours in water.
Grind along with coconut , chillies, tamarind and haldi pd to dosa consistency.
Transfer to a bowl. Add salt , chopped onions and Taikilo.
Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat a tawa and spread the dosa. Fry well with oil on both sides.
Serve hot.
