Chutney For Sandwiches - Rekha Vishwanath Nayak
INGREDIENTS:-coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
pudeena(mint) leaves - 10 -12 (only leaves)
freshly grated coconut - 1/2 cup
green chilly - 1 -2 (depending on your taste, if you want little spicy add 2 chillies)
onion - 1/2
garlic cloves - 7-8
salt to taste
METHOD:-1. Roughly chop coriander leaves & wash them along with pudeena leaves, peel onion & roughly chop it, peel garlic flakes, cut green chilly into 2.
2. Grind all the items mentioned under INGREDIENTS into a smooth paste by adding very little water.
3. Put it in a bowl & use it for SWs.
Note:- You can use same chutney for cutlets too.
