Capsicum Polthein

Capsicum Polthein - Roopa Suraj

Recipe:
Chopped capsicum into small bits.sauted well in oil(add salt to taste) ,should be crisp,don't over cook it.Then in a little thick slightly sour curds add 1 table spoon of coconut scrapings which is optional.Add the cooked capsicum in the curd and season with mustard,jeera,dried red chillies or green chillies,hing,curry leaves...Capsicum polthein....A kerala deelicacy....
