Recipe:
4 tsp Sugar, salt chilly powder,garlic powder,soya sauce,lemongrass powder,onion powder,1 teaspoon each,( for non veg u can add Udang powder means dry prawn powder.) mix all to gether & make mix. Cook the Koithyav add little oil keep side.
1 pkt Koithyav,1/2 bell pepper of each, 1 tbs Jinger,1tbsgarlic 1 tbs of small Shallot,
Keep 3 tbs of oil in span fry ginger,galic & shallot add the capsi,stair fry for 1/2 min.
Salt only for bell pepper,1 tsp soy sauce, mix with Koithyav.sprinke coriyander leaf.
Serve hot with chilly sauce.
