Recipe:
In kadai.add lil oil, cashu, cardamom, cloves, onion, capsicum and then take them out and keep them aside (if you need the crunchy bit of capsicum and onion keep them aised or else continue with the rest of the ingredients)...add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,,add chopped tomato , chilli powder salt n pav bhaji masala,,,cook till the mixture form thick gravy. (can add 2 to 3 tbsp of water) cut the bun/pav into 4 pieces,, toss them well in to this gravy.. garnish with corinder leaves and serve them hot..
