Babycorn Shahi Masala - Nandini Kini
recipe:
in lil oil roast 6 kashmiri or byadgi red chillies n 1 tsp dania n half onion chopped grind this into fine paste. in kadai take 4 tsp ghee or oil add 1 tsp jeera, 1 finely chopped onion n fry till it becomes light pink. add 1 tomato puree n fry well. put lil haldi , ginger garlic paste n fry, add masala, 2 tsp jeera pdr kasuri methi , 1//4 cup milk, 1/4 cup curd n lil cream, salt n add deep fried or cooked baby corn or gobi or paneer.........garnish with daniya patta.
