Ingredients:
3 cup rice
1 cup urid daal
1/4tbs fenugreek seeds
Salt
Oil
2 big onion chopped in long shape.
2no carrot
2 green chillys fine chopped
Coriyander leaves fine chopped
Method:
* Soak rice, urid daal, feenugreek seeds all together for about 4-5 hours. Than grind it to smooth paste. Pour the batter into large vessel add salt and mix well. The batter needs to be fermented.
* On a dosa tawa spread the batter into thick circle sprinkle all chopped vegitables & pour little oil in the sides then cook in a medium flame for 2 min
* Once one side of dosa cooked drizzle little oil on the top of the vegitables then immidiately flip it to other side let it be simmer & cook
* Serve hot with chutney/ sambar
